It is really simple. ShopRewards gets commission for purchases you make at our partner stores’ websites. The store will advise us of your purchase and we then give a percentage of that commission, in the form of cashback, to you who made the purchase. We really do PAY you to shop online!

First step, you must sign up become a member and it is Free.

Once you have login on our website, simply select the store that you are interested and click ‘Get Cashback’. The store’s website will open in a new window. On the store’s website, browse, shop and purchase as usual. Shop and complete your order within the same tab so that ShopRewards can track your order and the amount you had spent.

Do not panic if you can’t see your cashback in your account after you have made an eligible purchase. The cashback usually takes from 2 – 7 days from the date of purchase to be reported in your account as ‘Pending’. Some stores however, may take up to 30 days to report your transactions due to the variations between the different stores' financial reporting systems.

When the return period of the goods has passed or the transaction has been verified by the stores, the cashback status will be changed from ‘Pending’ to ‘Confirmed’ and automatically become ‘Available Cashback’ in your account. This might take from 7 days to 90 days and it varies from store to store. Some cashbacks may take longer to be confirmed especially Travel product as it may not become ‘Available’ until after you have finished your travel.

You will be able to request withdrawal into your bank account once you have accumulated the minimum Available Balance by going to ‘Withdraw Money’ from the ‘My Account’ menu.

Once requested, payments may take up to a maximum 5 business days to be processed.

No, cashback is not reflected at checkout. At checkout you will see any online coupon discounts you redeemed but cashback is a rebate that ShopRewards, not the merchant, shares with you.

Pending cash back are your earnings that cannot yet be withdrawn because the merchant has not confirmed the transaction or the return time (90 days) on those purchases has not yet passed. Once it has been confirmed, the cashback for those purchases becomes Available and cashback can be withdrawn when you reach the minimum threshold.

Cashback is reported back to us by the store after the purchase and we will then update your account as ‘Pending’. It usually takes 2 to 7 days after the order is completed. Once you have accumulated the minimum Available Balance, just login then click on ‘My Account’ and then click ‘Withdraw Money’. Simple provide your bank account details where you would like to receive your cashbacks payment. Once requested, payments may take up to a maximum 5 business days to be processed.

Cashback rates vary from merchant to merchant. Cashback rates can be a percentage of your total order amount minus sales tax & shipping or possibly a flat dollar amount to sign up for membership. Each merchant has a stated cashback rate on their store page.

In order to be eligible for cashback on a purchase you must sign into your ShopRewards account and then proceed to click on a ShopRewards coupon or link to shop and then purchase from an online store. If you have multiple browser windows open then be sure that you make your purchase on the merchant's site from the browser window that was opened by ShopRewards.

Yes. You must login to ShopRewards and click our link to the store before every purchase in order for us to track your purchase and give you cashback.

No. ShopRewards is not a store and does not sell you anything. ShopRewards is a shopping service that pays cashback to shop online. If you have any question about the product you purchased, please contact the store directly.

Not usually. If you use a coupon not provided by ShopRewards, you may not be eligible to earn cashback on the purchase. So even if you click through ShopRewards, but use a coupon code not found on ShopRewards, the store will disqualify the order to earn cashback.

Almost every purchase made through ShopRewards is eligible to earn cashback. However, there are a few restrictions that might partially or wholly disqualify a purchase from earning cash back:

  • No cashback rewards on Sales Tax
  • No cashback rewards on Shipping costs
  • No cashback rewards on any portion of a purchase paid with:
    • any insurance coverage
    • Gift card
    • Store Credit
  • Usually no cashback rewards on the purchase of gift cards
  • No cashback on any purchases where the transaction is mostly completed by telephone
  • Most auction purchases do not qualify for cashback rewards
  • Purchases made online but are picked up at the merchant store may not qualify for cashback rewards
  • Cashback is usually not valid on orders made by agents or resellers. They already receive a commission or earn a profit on the order.
  • Any additional store cashback restrictions are posted on that store's page
